Start 6.30
Just below freezing this morning again so had my hat back on and an extra
t-shirt. Perfect windfree, almost cloud free start to the day. My left calf felt a bit awkward occasionally, but not actually painful.
Listened to a new running podcast Phidipidations or some such fiendishly impossible word. Good thing the forward button on mYpod doesn't work or I would have left it half way through the endless drivel with his teenage son - afterwards it did actually get interesting when he was discussing barefoot running research.
The just-above-the-trees sun made wonderfully long shadows...
