Start 20.30
Did a circuit of the Eng with Rimmer and then left him at home whilst I did a longer and faster circuit taking in some of the surrounding streets and the hill of the Colonieweg. Picked the dog up again for a last shortish circuit to make up the time.
Made some photos of the bruises which have come up from yesterday.
