Ran a 10k at a faster pace than I expect to achieve in the marathon. Drank half a litre of delicious 2-day soaked and swollen chia seeds then did a 12 minute fast as possible Cooper test. Disappointed that I didn't quite make the 2k as I used to do 2.5 on a good day. But at least I have a way to measure progress (if any...) now. Ran the 3k back home at a 5 hour marathon pace.
