Start 17.30
Crossed under the motorway and then out towards Amersfoort on a path I've never completely followed before.
It went behind the Shell station and around a small fishing lake where I looped back and went home the same way. Tried keeping up some sort of speed but there was quite a wind and it was hard work. Really felt like I'd run 'properly' as I was sweating despite the low temperature (about 13 degrees) and wind.
