Start 14.15
Today I had Joep on a trial visit and took him out for the first half of my run (he had to be home by 3).
He was a perfect running companion, not pulling on the lead when I clipped him on to cross the couple of roads we crossed and friendly with other dogs.
My Nike+ thing has decided to tell me my distance in miles instead of kilometers which is a bit annoying but I wasn't really paying it much attention today, just having a gentle run with the dog to see how it went and afterwards to the bank and postoffice.
