Had a few days off due to a snotty head cold and accompanying slightly squeaky lungs. Most of which I coughed up onto the street (perhaps a slight exaggeration) before I'd run 250m. After this dodgy start I was fine and enjoyed a steady run.
New shoes, bought last week for 12.99€ in the Lidl are wonderful. Light and flexible and oh-so-pretty too.
