When I phoned the council recently to ask if they could remove graffitti from the wall opposite the ark they asked if it was an offensive text.  When I said no they replied that they couldn't do anything about it then and it was up to the owner. I'm assuming they will do something about this one which was painted across a path in Reeuwijk.
