Great run, thought my mile time had improved dramatically (18 seconds faster than last new improved time) but when turned round discovered that I'd had quite a following wind and running back into it made me much much slower.

Ate at this restaurant last night and had to take a detour to get there because the bridge was closed due to a ship colliding with it earlier in the week.  So ran along to take some photos.  Was planning on running back via a different route but there was a temporary ferry crossing so took that instead.
