Realised fairly soon that I'd forgotten to take my performance enhancing drugs as my pace was at ultraplod.  At about the same moment I realised this it started to rain so I wasn't really too bothered that I had to plod home to get my inhalor to stop my lungs squeaking.  At least I got out for a few k and my average to get my end of year target is now 9k per day.

Back out running again after almost 2 weeks of not running due to vaguely jiggered back.  Very slowly and felt a wee bit winded at the 2k mark but was able to run through it and it got easier as I went on.
