Didn't manage to get out of bed this morning when the wind was howling and the rain was lashing. Around six in the evening there was a brief dry period and I really felt like getting at least a short run in so I pulled on a tight sport top over my other clothes (too much hassle to undress first) and did a couple of circuits round the grounds here whilst listening to the latest ExtraMilePodcast.
