Forgot my iPod, possibly made me run a bit faster because wanting to get home quicker? Cold start but once my hands were thawed it was a comfortable temperature with sun and no wind. Coughed a lot when I got in, though during the run itself I could breathe easily enough. Maybe the effect of the Ventolin had worn out by the time I got home.
