Start 13.15
Planned to go out towards Amelisweerd but before I was at the end of the Prins Hendriklaan had had to stop a few times. Remembered I hadn't taken any Ventolin (the sun was shining so it looked warmer than it actually was) so went back to the house to get some. After this I could breathe more easily. Changed plans and ran into town along the canals and visited Karin, had a cup of tea and then back.
