Brief circuit of 'my' crosstraining machines where I managed to get past the half-way, step-up bit of the monkey bars for the first time. Then 7.1k on the treadmill with various music tracks on my headphones dictating speed, hill-gradient and dancy-factor. Keeps me from getting bored too quickly. Have now worked out that it's better to increase the gradient intermittently, with 'flat' intervals in between. The 3:45 blocks are doable if I can give my not-used-to-hills muscles a break in between steeper bits.
