Today's cross was just under 4.5k. My average speed was faster than last week so I was pleased with that. I also kept up with the black ponytail who got away from me last week so she did an excellent job of pacing me! She of course had no idea that she was doing this. But she looked pleased when I thanked her at the finish line for pulling me along in her wake.
