Listened to a couple of these podcasts at the start of my run. Let Minnie off the lead when we were on the less busy stretches. At one point I had her on the lead and there were two large dogs pestering her a bit and making her nervous so I let her loose and she outran them in huge highspeed circles. Seeing a greyhound show what it can really do is so spectacular to watch. I took my shoes off as soon as we reached the sand. I think I'll just leave them at home tomorrow as I ran the road home barefoot too and it's a good smooth run.
