Rosehip Run

10.18
Start 6.15

Misty start to the day - ate handfuls of ripe rosehips on the way home.
When running through the centre towards the end came across a cluster of more than 50 of the brass tiles on the pavement which mark the places Jewish people were exported from during the war.  (Usually they're single or in small family groups.) I read some of the dates and noticed that most of the people were born as long ago as the 1860s.  Then I noticed the plaque on the wall telling that there had been a Jewish retirement home there.
