Didn't take my inhalors this morning as I have a lung function test this afternoon. Hoped I might be able to do without them but there was a noticable drop in (starting) speed and an increase in effort. But no actual audible wheezing and I was able to keep going.

The Plan is: to run a marathon in every county in the Netherlands.
