Finally managed to fit in a run round the new house and adjoining forest this morning. Luckily my back healed itself just in time to start filling the car with Stuff. The main circuit of the complex is about 1.8km according to the counter in the car and Google Earth, not sure how accurate either are. Anyway, Sproet and I did 3 circuits, varying the route to take in some cross paths on the last lap. Just to ease back into running again after my short break.
