Start 15.30
Ran out to the outskirts of town to deliver a small parcel to a boekgrrl then went out on the path towards Groenekan. Back via Bloeyendaal and a last circuit of the Wilhelminapark where I met a woman who had also lived in Soest.
First half hour of running was heavy going. It wasn't particularly cold so am not sure why my lungs seemed to be making such heavy weather of it but it took me ages to get going properly.
