No photos today as it was all too grey and boring but I did have a good run all the same. Some mention of how sprinting was good for increasing speed by Zen Runner on the RunRunLive podcast reminded me that it is a good idea to put some faster intervals in now and then. Not that I'll ever be fAst, but a Wee Bit Faster is always good to aim for and I felt strong enough today to put in a minute or so of faster running during every 5 minute block on the way home. It feels good to be able to switch to a higher gear now and then.
