Hill Training

Ran into the centre of town, stopped briefly at Karin's and then on the way back through the park along the canal took about 12 minutes to run repeatedly back and forward over the hilly bit behind LouisHartloper. Hadn't actually planned this bit of hill-training but the first session felt just tiring enough to be worthwhile and hills are supposed to be good for increasing stamina and not something I come across here very often. I'll have to do this more often, I do feel now as if my heart and lungs have had more of a work-out than normal. No noticable effect in my legs as yet.
