Start 19.30
Did 2 time sections on the highest hill setting. Went fine but afterwards felt a tiny twinge in my knee, maybe I should build the hilly stuff up more gradually. Showered then joined the virtual yoga class which is really just a lot of stretching and balancing with a wee lie doon at the end.
