Ran back from the Hornbach in Nieuwekerk. Forgot to take my inhalor with me to take before the run but decided to try it anyway. Bit of a problem round the 3k but not as bad as in Den Haag during the half marathon. Kept going slowly and towards the end was even able to speed up a bit. Another sign that the new medicine is having effect.
