Start 18.00
Just over half an hour with Joep then stopped off at his house to feed him and watch the Jeugdjournaal (Dutch equivalent of John Craven's Newsround, if that still exists...) which always has a good April Fool's item. Then left Joep to digest his food while I went off to finish my run, first checking that my potatoes were still ok on the low heat I'd left them on before I went out.
Run went well enough, even managed an occasional speedier bit when the music was suitable.
