Got back just in time for a short run
before dark after a day in Utrecht doing lots of gymnastics climbing in and out of the hole the cellar window looks out on to get it ready for painting. Did 20 minutes with Joep first then went out for another short circuit while he was eating. Forgot to take any photos when out so here´s Joep in the recovery position...
