No clouds so boring sunrise but bright and no wind so perfect running conditions. Stopped after my first 4min interval to take a photo of a dead mole so then re-started my 30 minutes of intervals which took me to the skating lake in De Bilt. Few circuits of that and the surrounding woods and then back via the road and Bloeyendaal. Not so fast as soft underfoot but went relatively easily so I feel I can try it next time with just a 30 second recovery rather than the full minute I thought I might need now that I'm up to 4 minutes.
