Fairly rubbish run, forgot my Ventolin and it took ages for my lungs to decide they'd co-operate fully with this running business, even though the temperature and wind conditions were about as near to perfect as you can get.  Just as that side of things was improving my bowels decided they weren't keen to let me keep going so the last few k were, em, not optimal either.  (I managed to persuade them we were not stopping till I got home but it was a close run thing...)



 But even though it was very far from being my best run ever I'm still glad I went out now that it's over.
