Intervals with hilly bits.

Start 21.30
No photos, great run.  15 minutes warm up then 3.5min intervals with 30 sec recovery jog.  Did this for 32 minutes then just kept on going at a pace that was much faster than my normal runs but felt easy.  Also included a couple of 'hill sprint' bits where the path went up the side of a dijk.
