All the running tips about 'good form' say that you should imagine running with a rope round your hips pulling you forward. That keeps your back straight and your legs 'under you' (instead of in front or behind). Well I didn't have to imagine it at the start of this evening's run with Sil sprinting ahead whilst still attached to the lead looped round me. Ran out to just past the tennis courts and back with Sil then took Sproet for a circuit of the Eng to complete my hour.
