Out to Soesterduinen where the sun was feebly trying to break up the clouds.
Rescued a slug from the middle of a sandy path on the way home. Spent some time on my knees waiting for him to put his horns out again when I'd put him on the grass on the other side but a passing dog started barking at my 'being odd' so I left him to it. My right ankle feels a wee bit... tired more than sore really but definitely not quite right.
