Had a bit of a Paula Radclyffe moment this morning. Those who know what this means will be glad there's no photographic evidence. I've never actually seen the video before and am most impressed at her speed. I did the slower what-bears-do-in-the-woods version and only had the dog as an audience. Shame I didn't manage to get up at 5 this morning as I suspect the sunrise would have been a good one but ach, at 7 it was still cool and fresh after the torrential rain from last night.
