Start 17.15
Green Jewels. Now that my calves are more used to them I don't notice the difference in sole thickness so much. At least not when off the road - on hard surfaces the adjustment in landing is still not completely natural.
After the greyness of the weekend it was good to have a visible sun setting. Ran about randomly, some hilly bits, some paths through the woods. Finished off over the Eng in the very last of the light and up the Molenstraat. Thought I'd put in some extra time now as it may turn wet and windy again later in the week and I won't feel like staying out for so long.
